Très bonne minĂ©ralitĂ© prolongĂ©e avec des notes lĂ©gères de fruits secs et de noix. La finale en bouche est très nette, sans amertume et est plein d’amendes. Sa finale longue et Ă©lĂ©gante le rend apte Ă ĂŞtre dĂ©gustĂ© en apĂ©ritif, ou en accompagnement de fruits de mer et de fromage de chèvre.
On the mouth, we note a good acidity and roundness. Very good prolonged minerality with light notes of dried fruit and nuts. The finish in the mouth is very clean, without bitterness and is full of almonds. Its long and elegant finish makes it suitable as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood and goat’s cheese.

Issu de vieilles vignes. Le nez est intense sur des notes de muscadet. Le résultat offre un vin mielleux gras accompagnant à merveille volailles, poissons en sauce, cuisses de grenouilles et escargots.
